Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 2026 | Plasmion AI Inc.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or evaluating the simulation environments, API interfaces, model weights, or documentation provided by Plasmion AI Inc. (“Plasmion AI”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any associated Master Services Agreements (MSA) executed between your institution and Plasmion AI.
2. Proprietary Neural Operator Intellectual Property
All mathematical formulations, Fourier Neural Operator weight checkpoints, MagActuate FPGA microkernels, and synthetic discharge datasets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Plasmion AI Inc. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract unreleased weights without explicit commercial authorization is strictly prohibited.
3. Experimental Reactor Safety & Interlocking
Plasmion-1 and MagActuate control algorithms are high-assurance software components intended for integration with hardware-level hardwired safety interlocks. Plasmion AI assumes no liability for hardware damage arising from bypassing physical safety limits, shattered pellet injection overrides, or exceeding maximum superconductor cryogenic threshold margins.
4. Dual-Use Technology & Export Controls
Certain high-energy plasma simulation technologies and magnetic compression algorithms are subject to international export control regulations (EAR / ITAR). Users certify that they will not transfer, export, or re-export software artifacts to restricted entities or jurisdictions without prior regulatory clearance.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
